Experienced youth worker and evangelist joins HOPE

Meet Dan Randall, the new Youth Director for HOPE.

Dan has been the Assistant National Director of Pais Movement for the past five years and has been serving with Pais for 10 years, beginning as a frontline schools and youth evangelist and then working to develop multiple teams of youth and schools workers across Lancashire.

As Assistant National Director he has developed projects such as Mission Academy Live, the Youth Evangelism Conference and Amplify in partnership with HOPE and others.

He is also the Youth Pastor at Life Church Lancashire, a youth ministry that works with 3,000 young people in Burnley each year, seeing hundreds come to know Jesus in schools and at events. Dan loves music, Burnley FC and coffee.

He says, "I’m excited to be joining the HOPE team, to see young people, youth groups, youth organisations and churches equipped to share Jesus in word and action."

HOPE are grateful to the Church of England for seconding Jimmy Dale as temporary Youth Director, and he is looking forward to working with Dan in the days ahead.

Dan joins HOPE at an exciting team as the organisation prepares to work alongside other youth ministries leading the Youth Evangelism Conference (Cambridge, 23 February and Preston, 23 March) and working towards Amplify – the young evangelists’ strand of Advance 2020.
