Stafford: dozens come to faith at Soul Survivor event

More than 70 people made a commitment to follow Jesus at Soul Survivor's second Naturally Supernatural (NSN) event in Stafford.

More than 4850* attended Soul Survivor’s second Naturally Supernatural (NSN) event in Stafford which aims to equip all age groups to move in the ministry and the power of the Holy Spirit. In the main meetings 29 people of varying ages made commitments to follow Jesus and a further 45 made that decision in the under 12 groups.

Host and speaker Mike Pilavachi (pictured) said, “Jesus has met with us in the most incredible ways. There have been times of great joy and celebration in his presence, as well as times of the Holy Spirit overwhelming many with the love of the Father. Many were anointed by the Holy Spirit to bring the gospel of the Kingdom of God to a broken world. I will never tire of watching my saviour heal, equip and empower his Church.”

Speakers in the main sessions included Mike Pilavachi, Andy Croft, Ali Martin, Debby Wright, Neil and Janet Young, Mark Marx, and Wayne Drain, with teaching covering how to be a church that is open to the Holy Spirit, growing faith, intercession, obedience, how we can be family as Church, and how we can love and bless our communities.

The children had a full programme of age-appropriate worship, teaching and activities and met with God in wonderful ways. Around 40 received the gift of tongues, many others had words of knowledge, prayed with one another for healing and spent time soaking in God’s presence.

Naturally Supernatural 2019 will take place at the Stafford Showground from 27 July to 1 August. Bookings are now open and the cheapest rate of £112 per person can be secured before 31 August.
