For the third year running, Cambridgeshire event Shine will be throwing open its doors to girls aged 11-17 for a packed day of pampering, creative workshops and teaching about God on 23 March.
The day is aimed at churched and unchurched girls alike and is a joint venture between The Countess Church and The Lighthouse Church in Ely.
Said the organisers: “Having had some 60+ girls attend the Shine last March, we are extremely excited about Shine 2013 Living It Loud! and are making preparations for over 100 girls.
“We know that through Shine many girls have had a truly life-changing experience.”
Shine 2013 – Living it Loud! takes place on Saturday 23 March from 10am-4pm at the Lighthouse Church and Countess Church, Chapel Street, Ely. (Doors open from 9.45am.) Cost £7 (until 1 Feb) or £9 thereafter. Lunch and refreshments provided.
