Gospel music station launches on London digital radio
Premier Christian Radio has announced the launch of a gospel music station, Premier Gospel on DAB London in January.
International gospel act and Premier Presenter, Muyiwa (right) said: "I've been a part of Premier
Christian Radio for many years as the presenter of Gospel Tonight. Listeners of Premier Christian Radio know that we are about strong Christian teaching and testimony, about supporting churches and the community through prayer and action.
"We are also about Gospel music. Music that is centred in our love of Jesus Christ, our beliefs as Christians. Gospel music is at the very heart of our culture. That's why I am pleased to announce that we will be launching a Gospel music radio station in January."
Premier Christian Radio recently won a national licence, offering Christian news, teachings and testimony to the whole of the nation on DAB radio. The new station, Premier Gospel will be available on London DAB, launching in January 2010.
