To celebrate their 30th anniversary, The London Community Gospel Choir (LCGC) have set themselves a 30 Goal Challenge which they have vowed to complete by August 2013.
With challenges such as World Record attempts, birthday parties at landmark venues to choir festivals and reunion events, the year is planned with festivities to entertain, celebrate and reminisce.
Since it was founded 30 years ago this August by Bazil Meade, the award-winning LCGC have performed with the likes of Sir Elton John and Celine Dion and made numerous TV appearances. Their vocal versatility and skill has led them to be described as “the nation’s favourite choir”.
